Giant Deal-a-thon!

Our Deal-a-Thon will be going on throughout the entire event! When you say YES and register, you’ll receive a series of instructions to show you exactly how to complete your own property information sheets on leads you find in your area, or if you prefer, we have a full staff of VAs who can call and get your property information sheets completed to bring to the event for our trained staff to work one-on-one with you!

That’s right! We’ll have all 12 of Ron’s personally trained Mentors there to sit with you, answer your questions, and even call the sellers on your leads while you watch.

Our Deal-a-Thon is strategically setup and organized so that all leads brought to the event have appointments set with the seller at a designated day and time for our mentors to call during the event so you’ll never have to worry about not getting your leads processed. Live Seller Calls

DAY 1 of the Event of the Year!


The first day of the event will be divided into 4 one-half day seminars.
Choose the two you want to attend and have your spouse catch the other two.
But don’t worry, we’re recording it all and you’ll get all 4 of the unedited recordings after the event with the VIP pass.
Only attendees of at least two classes will receive the first day recordings.

Class 1 – Freshman Orientation
     This class is designed for all new investors who have not attended Quick Start Real Estate School and need basic training.
You’ll absorb more from the Summit if you understand exactly what we do to make the fastest and easiest money in real estate and why it doesn’t require credit and very little money.
You’ll see live examples of real deals and be shown exactly what it takes to get the big checks quickly with no previous experience.
Consider it a discovery day created to explode the myths and misconceptions and go behind the scenes to see how the business should be done and why Ron’s making so many millionaires all over North America.
It’s for beginners only so if that’s not you, choose one of the other classes. Ron himself will be conducting this class.

Class 2 – Mastering the Phone

     One of the biggest fears we hear all of the time is students are frightened of creating a mess when calling the sellers. That’s why we’ve incorporated the mastering the phone session where students are placed in groups of 5-6 students taking turns practicing the scripts on one-another.

     There always were and always will be TERMS deals in every city regardless if it’s a hot or cold market. The key is the call.

     It’ll include class practice and critiques and taught by Brian and Lynette Wolff who attend every Quick Start Real Estate School and make live calls for students. They’ll help you get over the fear of the phone and remove your biggest roadblocks. They do 6 TERMS deals a month and have done over 700 deals.

     We always have rave reviews on this session because it has literally changed the game for some students. Students who were paralyzed by the call became confident and proficient in their negotiating skills and found themselves collecting nice checks!

     This class is for those who’ve had some training, but are still weak on the phone. Probably not for anyone who hasn’t been trained what to do with the lead after the seller is called. If that’s you, we’d suggest Ron’s Freshmen class.

Class 3 – DREAMS Training

     This class is strictly for those who use our CRM system called DREAMS or those who are considering using it.

     The system is the heart of your business with the tools to house all your property information sheets, track their progress, take notes on your calls, send auto-responders to follow-up, remind you when to follow-up, get comps and property analyses spreadsheets, projections and a host of other benefits.

     The Global team will be present for one-on-one attention along with some of our virtual assistants who will operate it for you once you learn all the cool stuff it does. Bring your laptop or other device with you for this class, you’ll see it live on the big screen.

Class 4 – Finding Deals Online

     This class is for anyone who wants to know the insider tricks to get deals online. This is not taught in Quick Start Real Estate School or anywhere else for that matter.

     You’ll learn how to get sellers to contact you and cool ways to find them beyond searching through ads.

     Several top-notch students and Mentors will be teaching this class and disclosing things they’d rather not but agreed to do so with a little pressure from Ron.

     We suggest you don’t attend this class if you haven’t been trained how to follow-up on a lead after you get them.

The only difference between making a good living as a real estate investor and seven figures is a better systemization, a little help, the correct mindset and +proper implementation. You’ll meet plenty of them and see how they went from nothing to 7 figures and Ron will clarify the key ingredients and deadly mistakes.

Ron’s Rants

After 37 years Ron has accumulated a lot of neat tricks and a few secrets he hasn’t disclosed in any classes, nor will you learn anywhere else. They have been closely guarded for good reason and will remain so after this event. For that reason, this session will not be recorded nor will any photos or recording devices be permitted. In this case, what happens in Vegas will stay in Vegas except for your notes.

Structuring Your Empire

Ron covers what entities you’ll need, how to own them and what each is for. This is a critical session for those who want to keep predators from taking your assets, reducing your taxes and passing your estate to your heirs tax-free. This battle-scarred veteran will share information only acquired after years of legal battles and hundreds of thousands in attorney’s fees. You won’t get this information anywhere else, not even from your attorney.

5 Deal Structuring Sessions

This is where Ron showcases the numerous deals generated from the Deal Room, which is where his 12 Mentors will be calling your leads.
