
9:00–12:00 – The most important ingredient of the TERMS business is handling the call to the seller and reading Ron’s short scripts.
One of the biggest fears we hear all of the time is students are frightened of creating a mess when calling the sellers. That’s why we’ve incorporated the mastering the phone session where students are placed in groups of 5-6 students taking turns practicing the scripts on one-another.
Everyone makes the same mistakes, and you’ll get a list of them with the scripts when you check in. When you can make the call, read the scripts, and handle sellers’ questions, you’ve cracked the code to cash flow and wealth.
There always were and always will be TERMS deals in every city regardless if it’s a hot or cold market. The key is the call.
It’ll include class practice and critiques and taught by Brian and Lynette Wolff who attend every Quick Start Real Estate School and make live calls for students. They’ll help you get over the fear of the phone and remove your biggest roadblocks.
We always have rave reviews on this session because it has literally changed the game for some students. Students who were paralyzed by the call became confident and proficient in their negotiating skills and found themselves collecting nice checks!
This class is for those who’ve had some training, but are still weak on the phone. Probably not for anyone who hasn’t been trained what to do with the lead after the seller is called. If that’s you, we’d suggest Ron’s Freshmen class.
9:00–12:00 – This class is strictly for those who use our CRM system called DREAMS or those who are considering using it.
The system is the heart of your business with the tools to house all your property information sheets, track their progress, take notes on your calls, send auto-responders to follow-up, remind you when to follow-up, get comps and property analyses spreadsheets, projections and a host of other benefits.
The Global team will be present for one-on-one attention along with some of our virtual assistants who will operate it for you once you learn all the cool stuff it does. Bring your laptop or other device with you for this class, you’ll see it live on the big screen.
1:00–3:00 – This class is designed for all new investors who have not attended Quick Start Real Estate School and need basic training.
You’ll absorb more from the Summit if you understand exactly what we do to make the fastest and easiest money in real estate and why it doesn’t require credit and very little money.
You’ll see live examples of real deals and be shown exactly what it takes to get the big checks quickly with no previous experience.
Consider it a discovery day created to explode the myths and misconceptions and go behind the scenes to see how the business should be done and why Ron’s making so many millionaires all over North America.
It’s for beginners only so if that’s not you, choose one of the other classes.
1:00–3:00 – This class is for anyone who wants to know the insider tricks to get deals online. This is not taught in Quick Start Real Estate School or anywhere else for that matter.
You’ll learn how to get sellers to contact you and cool ways to find them beyond searching through ads.
Several top-notch students and Mentors will be teaching this class and disclosing things they’d rather not but agreed to do so with a little pressure from Ron.
We suggest you don’t attend this class if you haven’t been trained how to follow-up on a lead after you get them.
3:15–5:00 – Join several of Ron’s “students turned mentors” for some straight-talk on things they’ve learned working the business from the ground up, obstacles they’ve overcome and some hot tips on taking your business to the next level.
You’ll be amazed when you hear their stories and realize they’re cut from the same cloth as you!
This 1 hour and 45 minutes will prepare you with the mindset you’ll need to survive the following 4 days!
